Wogoman Weekly - Week 48

11 Months OLD!

Good Morning Everyone!
This week we have recovered from everyone being sick. Tenille has turned a11 months old, and the big news, she is walking! She is walking farther everyday! I just can't believe it!
Jason has taught her ot oh(not sure how you spell it) When she drops things now this is what she says. The other morning we were sleeping and heard her get up. She threw her pacifier out of the crib and we heard ot oh! Such the comdiean! Her allergies are flaring up and she is starting to sound a little rugged so we hope to be able to do something about that this week.

This week we had another bomb threat at school and in the process of telling all the kids to park in a different lot I got bit by a dog. Yep, risking my life for the kiddos! The little dog was in the car of the person I was talking too and apparently my hand looked so good. The dog basically just got the fat of my right hand so there wasn't much damage. Scared me though!

We have three more weeks of school . . .boooooo! Jason's softball team lost both of their games. :( And we think our lawn mower may have died. :( But really things are great here! Marv and Linda came up for Memorial day weekend and it was great spending time with them. We are headed up North mushroom hunting (not sure if there will still be any) this coming weekend. So be advised, the wogoman weekly will be late next week!

week 47

I forgot to mention last week that Abbie chomped done on Tenille last Friday. I guess that makes up for all the times Tenille has hit her!

The low light this week was being thrown up on. I didn't know that little girl had so much in her stomach. Not sure what was wrong but squash and apples don't smell so good coming back up. We had just given her a bath and blah . . . so she got a bath again and I took a shower too. Jason took Tenille and looked and me and said, "You have puke in your hair!" I am so glad it happened while he was home. It made it all so much easier! Since then she was been home with the smelliest diarrhea that God ever made!

My cousin Jordan got married on Saturday. It was a lovely wedding (which Tenille screamed through so I had to go outside the chapel behind closed doors so no one could her Tenille talking). It got even worse during the Best Man's speech. Right during the most quietest part, our dear daughter let our the loudest, wettest poop you have ever heard. People from 3 tables away looked. That will make a lovely story when she is 16 and dating!

On of the ladies at daycare had lots of time on her hands and made a list of all the words that can be made out of Tenille's name: (Just in case you wanted to know)
1.Ten 6. Ellen 11. Lit 16. Tell
2. Nellie 7. Tie 12. Tile
3. Nile 8. Net 13. E.N.T. (ear, throat, nose doctor)
4. Lent 9. Teen 14. Nite
5. Lie 10. Tee 15. Let

So if there is ever a competition, Tenille will win!

And from an email from my cousin Lynds:
Anagrams are so much fun :) Here's a few for "Tenille Wogoman":A Toweling MelonWagon EmollientWoolen LigamentEagle Minnow LotLeaning Wet LoomWeaning Elm ToolAnd my personal favorite:Long Low Matinee

This girl has it made!

Hope you week goes well! Until next week!

Week 47 videos

Here is our next attempt at walking! This was the third try so she was tired!

Jason and Tenille played catch on Friday while they were home together!

Wogoman Weekly - Week 46

Week 46 involved less pee! J That statement right there ought to make a person smile!

The dogs had a big week. They both went to the vet. Harry got all upset while there and showed teeth and growled at the vet. The vet had to muzzle him. Harry just kept showing his teeth. In his defense, the nurse missed his blood drawn three times. I would be angry too.

Wednesday, May 6th was our 15 year date-aversary as we call it. So we did what we did 15 years ago. We went to a movie and out to Steak-n-Shake. We had a great time. Tenille even gave us a present and stayed in bed all night. She fussed a few times but always put herself back to sleep.

Thursday was parent teacher conferences for me. (Yippy, the last one this year!) My mom came over and watched Tenille because J was working.

We celebrated Mother's Day on fire because J worked on Sunday. J found enough morel mushrooms that we basically had those for dinner. It was GREAT! Tenille got me flowers and a new campfire pit so we can enjoy the outside together!

Saturday Tenille got her first hair cut. We just trimmed it up a little bit. She has had one piece of hair from birth that was longer than everything else. It was touching past her shoulder so I thought maybe we should cut it off. She lost some of her curls but I am sure they will grow back! When she was done she got to pick a snack out of the same treasure chest that I did when I was a kid. We did not do the tape her hair to her head and cut it off. If you don't know what I mean, ask my mother. There is a lovely picture of me sitting in the high chair with tape across my head and dad there with the WORLD'S BIGGEST scissors.

Tenille and I are both sick again. I didn't know that when you had kids that you got sick every two weeks! Ugh! She is handling it much better than I am! Hopefully you all feel better than we do here! Have a great week!

Bouncing Along!

It never gets old watching Tenille have fun! I know so of you can't see these videos, but for those of you far away with DSL, punkin' is a happy baby most of the time. I can't believe how fast she is growing!

Sharpening Her Teeth!

New Sounds!

Putting On Her Coat

I tried to help her but she wouldn't let me. She did this for 20 minutes. She knows that the arms are supposed to go in the holes but can't figure the rest out. I am so lucky to be able to sit and watch her learn all these cool new things!

Wogoman Weekly - Week 45

Week 45 involved more pee than I think is necessary! Our daughter thinks she is a comedian! Twice this week I have gotten Tenille ready for a bath and while she is standing next to the bath tub, she pees on the floor. Then she stomps her foot in it and smiles! She looks at me like, "Wow, where did that come from?" I guess I should just be happy that we have hard wood floors and so it is easy to clean up. J Tenille also got to go mushroom hunting for the first time. We found a few and so she got to taste morels last night. She likes them!

Last weekend, Marvin came up for a quick visit. It was great to see him. He was talking to Tenille in Dutch and she just smiled and laughed. :)

We are working on the signs for all done and more. I think last night she did all done but with one hand. She was eating like a horse and after she did the sign she wanted no more and started shaking her head no.

We worked on the yard this weekend. It was great. Tenille sat on a blanket and didn't move. I got to work on my flower beds for over and hour while she played with her toys and Sasha. She crawled off the blanket into the grass once. She cried like she had been really hurt. I ran over there put her back on the blanket and she started playing again like nothing happened. Silly kiddo.

Jason had the Goshen Fire Department vs Elkhart Fire Department game on Saturday. Unfortunately, we lost. Tenille got a nice tan on her face. (She really doesn't mind the sun screen yet.)

We are still working on walking. She is moving around more and standing by herself for 15-20 seconds or so. We know it won't be long. Then the dogs better look out!

We have also discovered the toliet can be reached into if left open. So now we have to be really careful that we put the locks on them.
She has two new sounds. One sounds like a sa sound and one is a tttt sound. I think they are her names for Harry and Sasha. We will see if that continues.
