Good Evening or Morning to you! This has been another crazy week in our lives. Again this week I have to start with sad news. My cousin Stephanie's husband was killed in a car accident last night. Our whole family is hurting and saddened by this horrible event. This kind of event makes you stop and take notice of your life. The important things are your family and loved ones. When one of us hurts we all hurt. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Grandpa Hershberger is doing much better and was released to a nursing home. We are all so happy that his healing is going well. On much, much lighter notes, my garden was tilled tonight. I am running two test plots to see where the best "sun" is. My seeds are sprouting inside and I can't wait to plant them when they are big and strong! Jason played donkey basketball on Saturday. His donkey had never been ridden in 23 games so J mostly had to pull the donkey around. It was a fun experience to watch that is for sure! The fire department played the sheriffs department. Fire department lost 6 to 4. :( The middlebury fire department is having a chili fundraiser on Saturday if you need a good meal. Tenille turned 21 months old! Oh my where has the time gone! We took her picture with Bart. She seems to forget about him until the time for the picture and then she loves all over him. She is fast asleep with him as we speak. She has been biting again at school so we are back to reading the "no biting" books. Hopefully that message will sink in! Tenille had friends over and they all enjoyed the picnic table. So much fun to have the sun room in action! Well that is about it this week. I am so sad and still in shock for my cousin. My heart goes out to everyone involved. I love you all so very much and want each and everyone of you to know it! |
