week 23

Good Morning Everyone!
Monday of this past week let us know just how opinionated our daughter can be. She was fussy, wouldn't eat, and cried for 45 mins. The daycare called and said we should come pick her up. They also said she was very pale. They were worried that she may have caught what one of the other kids had which was some small form of mealses or something. Jason was done working at Eagle so he ran over there. Once he came to the school to get the car seat(yep I left it in there again!) and went back to daycare, she was happy, smiling and bouncing in her seat. So I guess she is just not happy with the daycare staff. In her defense, we did have our first Thanksgiving on Sunday and we may have worn her out! To avilavate the problem, we tried orajel for her teeth. It worked GREAT. She slept through the night and we all got sleep!
Sidenote: the gel should be put on AFTER nursing if possible. Nursing and oragel do not work very well together. :)

I have decided that feeding her cereal is like trying to play frogger. You have to zoom past her arms and land in her mouth before she hits either the spoon or the bowl. Both of which usually go flying out of my hand at least once when we eat. :) We are going to start sweet potatoes this next week.

Funny story of the week:
J was changing her Tuesday night. I was in the other room and hear: "Gross, how did that happen?" I go in there to find Tenille fully dressed and smiling, J holding his hand out like it had pee on it (it did by the way), and a wet spot on the changing pad. She had somehow peed in the two seconds when she didn't have diaper on. J didn't notice and bundled her back up. His had got wet when he went to snap her pants back together. I told him he is lucky it wasn't poop! Even funnier is that she peed on me on Saturday.

We had a good Thanksgiving. (We have lots to be thankful for) We tired Sweet peas on Saturday and we are kinda liking them. Tenille also went and got her first Christmas tree and helped us decorate. Tenille also helped us make candy. So she is pretty tired. All in all she is doing great! Hope everyone day a great week!
